1. How do I choose the right size?
We recommend using our Size Guide. Please provide your full measurements (especially bust, waist, hips, and desired length) in the order notes for a perfect custom fit.

2. Why can't I find some designs from Instagram in the store?
Those pieces have sold out. We regularly add new collections.

3. What is the delivery time?

Ready-made items (ِAbayaa, dresses):
2-3 business days in Oman | 5-7 business days internationally.
Made-to-order abayas (most designs):
14-20 business days in Oman | 20-25 business days internationally.

4. What is the price range?

Abayas: starting from 19 OMR
Ready-made dresses & clothing: starting from 58 OMR

5. Can I add special notes or customizations?
Yes, we welcome your notes. Custom tailoring is available as long as it doesn’t change the main design.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, only if requested within 24 hours. After that, the order goes into production.

7. How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive a notification on your account and via email once your order is shipped.

8. Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

9. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all GCC countries and worldwide, except: Palestine, Syria, Iran, and Sudan.
