Return & Exchange Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately through fatimadesigns90@gmail.com, including your name, order number, and reason. Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed and shipped.

2. Please choose your order carefully. We may not be able to modify or cancel any order once processing has begun.

3. There is no exchange or refund if you choose the wrong size. Please refer to our size chart carefully before completing your purchase.

4. If you wish to modify the garment after receiving it, you will bear all shipping costs and modification fees.

5. You have the right to request a return only if:
   - You received the wrong item, or
   - The item has a manufacturing defect.
   
   The request must be made within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.

Important Notes:
- 10% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Sale items and custom-made items are final sale and non-returnable.
- If the exchanged item is out of stock, we will contact you to choose another item or issue a refund.
- Measurements may vary slightly (±1-2 cm) due to manual measurement.
