FATIMA Designs works with trusted delivery partners in compliance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and is registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 to 15 business days (Sunday to Thursday). This allows us to carefully prepare and pack each item with attention to detail.

2. Delivery Times

Gulf Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar)

3. Delivery Address:

Products will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate. If you provide an address with a guard or reception, the guard may sign for the delivery.

4. Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
  • Due to current regional conditions and shipping route challenges, some orders may experience delays beyond our control. We continuously monitor all shipments to minimize any delays.
  • Once the order is dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If the shipment is already with the courier, please contact them directly.
